Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

At Chikankurti.co.in, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made our Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy simple and transparent so you know what to expect and how to request support.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled online. If you wish to cancel before shipping, please contact our customer support team right away with your order number.

If your payment has already been captured, we will issue a refund as per our refund process below.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products within 10 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • You must provide the order confirmation or proof of purchase.

What can be exchanged or returned?

  • Products that are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described.
  • Products where the size/fit does not match what you expected (exchange only).

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at sales@chikankurti.co.in with your order number within the return period.
  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely in original packaging.
  4. Ship the return to the address we provide.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product. Please allow 7‑10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be completely borne by the customer.

In cases where we are at fault (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product), return shipping will be free.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without tags or original packaging.
  • Customized products (unless defective).

7. Replacement Policy

Exchanges for a different size or colour are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. We will dispatch the replacement item as soon as possible.

8. General Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within the specified return period.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if it doesn’t meet our policy conditions.
  • Customers should ensure that items are packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
